All Warranty Requests MUST be made within ONE YEAR of PURCHASE and you must have some type of valid proof of purchase from BOONE directly or one of our AUTHORIZED retailers, partners, or representatives. Second hand skis will not be warrantied. If you rip your skis up on rails, stairs, gravel, pavement, or any other type of impact related damage the skis will not be warrantied. To warranty a DEFECTIVE pair of skis, please email booneskis@booneskis.com with your NAME and "Warranty Request" in the subject line along with your contact information including address and phone number. Include photo evidence and a short narrative of what happened. We will take a look and if they are in fact defective (as opposed to abused) we will confirm via email or telephone call. Once we have confirmed, you may either: 1. ship us back your old skis and we will send you a new pair OR 2. keep your defective skis for your own use and pay $99 to cover shipping and handling of your new pair. We offer the 2nd option because many of our customers would rather pay an extra $60 (Shipping is usually around $40) and keep the old pair because although it is being warrantied, it may still have a useful life.

WARRANTY
The BOONE Group LLC. ("BOONE") warrants the original retail purchaser that BOONE skis are free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase. If the BOONE Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of BOONE, in it's sole discretion, BOONE's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective BOONE Skis. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
1. The warranty applies only to BOONE Skis purchased from authorized ski dealers or BOONESkis.com.
2. This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.

4. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
A. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
B. Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles such as but not
limited to: rails and boxes.
C. Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.
D. Damage to the top of the skis caused by the bindings or other foreign material.
E. Damage caused by use of solvents.
F. Minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet.
G. Normal wear and tear.
5. This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the BOONE Skis that are not specifically approved in writing by BOONE.
6. Repaired or replaced BOONE Skis are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
All warranties implied under any applicable law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. All warranties, written, oral, or implied, are expressly limited to the period and term of this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties of any nature. The laws of some regions require different or longer terms for warranties, or prohibit certain disclaimers or limitations of warranties. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, country to country, region to region.
